Description

Baldor B15368-2 Carbon Brush is premium single-block electro-graphite carbon brush manufactured as OEM equivalent replacement for Baldor and ABB heavy-duty industrial DC motors, cross reference Repco REP2896W.

This carbon brush adopts R884 electro-graphite material with dimension 7/8” × 1-1/2” × 3-3/16”. The resin-impregnated carbon formulation forms a smooth protective film on the commutator surface during continuous operation, minimizing electrical sparking, reducing commutator abrasion and ensuring stable commutation under heavy and fluctuating industrial loads.

It comes fitted with a 6.25-inch multi-strand tinned copper braided shunt firmly crimped to the carbon block, resisting vibration fatigue. The U-style hammer plate terminal ensures secure installation inside original Baldor brush holders.
