National Carbon 36A161401AAP23 Carbon Brush is a premium single block electro-graphite carbon brush with T563 grade material, manufactured as direct OEM replacement for General Electric heavy-duty DC motors and generators. The carbon block is resin-impregnated electro-graphite formulation. It forms a uniform protective layer on the commutator surface during operation, minimizing electrical arcing, reducing commutator abrasion and ensuring stable commutation under variable heavy loads. The 4-inch multi-strand tinned copper braided shunt is firmly attached to the carbon block, resisting vibration fatigue and providing consistent electrical conductivity. It adopts 9S hammer plate terminal for secure installation inside original GE brush holders. This carbon brush is commonly applied in critical heavy industries including steel rolling mills, mining draglines, power generators and paper processing machinery.
